ABOUT KATHRYN
Intuitive Guidance shaped by Lived Experience.
Kathryn’s work is rooted in lived experience. As a former elite athlete, she learned early what it means to push the body, train the mind, and stay focused under pressure. Later, navigating her own health challenges shifted her relationship with wellness and what it really means to listen to the body instead of working against it. During that time, she also began to trust and develop her intuition as a way of understanding what was happening beneath the surface when logic and effort were not enough.
Those experiences continue to shape how she lives and how she guides others. Health, mindset, intuition, and personal responsibility are daily practices here, not abstract ideas. Kathryn believes that how you eat, move, think, and tune into yourself directly affects how you show up in your life. That perspective informs everything she shares, from the way she approaches sessions to the insights, resources, and products she trusts and uses herself.
