We are energetic beings living in a physical world. Your higher self is your highest conscious mind, your essence. It holds all the knowledge, answers, and details of your soul's origin and blueprint, including your past, present and future.

My goal as a teacher and healer is to help you get your brain on board with your higher self's plan, so you can achieve the most fulfilled and joyful experiences with wayyyy less resistance.
Connecting to your higher self is as simple as choosing to. Intent matters. One of the easiest ways to begin connecting is to say to yourself: "I choose to connect to my higher self." You may feel a groundedness in your body, or slowness in your breath. From here, you can begin to ask yourself questions, and see what thoughts start to come in after you connect.
By accessing and communicating with your higher self, you can activate your own intuition and ignite your core self wants and desires. Fun fact, what you think will bring you the most happiest might be completely off track with your soul's wishes! This bridge in consciousness connects your overarching soul goals with your human limitations, providing wisdom and clarity, and opening new perspectives so you can make aligned decisions that program your creator field to manifest your dreams and desires.
What is a creator field? The creator field is your electromagnetic field that emits your personal programs and scripts to the world around you. It is comprised of your thoughts, beliefs, emotions and actions. Think of it like your own personal Wi-Fi signal, an unseen frequency you're broadcasting to the world around you every moment, whether you're aware of it or not. It encompasses your energetic body, and it's entirely your own personal code.
We are all completely unique. No code the same as anyone else's, which is such a beautiful realization in debunking competition with one another. The soul's ultimate desire, underneath all of it, is growth, evolution and total expansion in love.
Your field is inclusive of our chakra centers and aura, each representing a different part of our energetic body. What is written in each of these layers is what creates an energetic match to every situation, circumstance, event, and person. That match is the frequency programmed in your creator field in action.
